Breaking News!!!!! TOKYO, Aug 17 (Reuters) - The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) said on Monday it had suspended trading of shares in Glaxo Wellcome Plc (4859.T) (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: GLXO.L). The TSE said it had suspended trade in the shares pending information on a merger involving the company. Trading in the shares was suspended at 9 a.m. (0000 GMT). The exchange said trading would resume 90 minutes after it confirmed that the company had disclosed necessary information. But if the company could not do so by 1.20 p.m. (0420 GMT), the shares would remain suspended for the whole day, it said.
