Does Skillern need a degree in one of these professions? or can he just have found Conrad's technology and be bringing it forth to us?

My use of "Skillern's tech" was misspoken it seems. I must sharpen my word skills a bit here it seems... but if Skillern bought it, it IS his tech now - yes?
