Well, do you let Ellenbecker walk? That's a good point but if an attorney represents dozens of individuals it might be worth it. Sometimes you need an attorney even if you lose on the deal. At least they can get an initial consultation to determine the best course of action. One action could be criminal charges if warranted.

I'm sure Mr. Vonderheide told you the SeaSoil was worth quite
a bit. If he owns it, does he still have the CSMA stock?
If so, how did he get it? Was it in 'trade' for the SeaSoil?
If so, wouldn't that be at least partial payment?


I'm really not sure what you are asking but you can call Mr. Vonderheide and clarify that information. The Sea Soil wasn't traded. Might as well get it from the horse's mouth.
