Pageup: Seriously, to me it makes sense for it to be a "local". I also think it makes sense for it to be a company that is "hungrier" than say an Exxon, or BP. I mean say (just a number..no one get excited) the JV partner has an opportunity to add 10 million to their gross. Exxon probably has that in petty cash. But a company say that grosses 250 million might really want that opportunity. So that is where I think the JV partner would be. Just my thoughts on it.
