Jake,
You missed 2 big indicators:

1. Announcement that chip company investment is going forward and
building new fabs (more than 2 new fabs).

2. There are press releases from the equipment mfg's that they are
getting block orders for $30M+ for new equipment from 1 or more chip
manufacturers.

I agree with most of your other indicators, they are closely aligned
with many of mine. 8^)
