[ Daily/Weekly/Monthly Charts ]

Would the daily or weekly chart have precedence over the monthly chart?

Hmmm.

The answer to that really depends on one's time horizon, and hence is a different answer for different people. To me, it's the trends within these time periods that are important.

For pinpoint accuracy, nothing beats the daily charts; if I were to rely on weekly or monthly charts alone, my rate of response to short term market conditions would understandably be significantly dulled.

And that's not fun for the short term trading that I often find myself doing.

Regards,

Rainier
