They were telling everyone how the Supreme Court would intrepid constitutional law and betting on it. Maybe this is what's wrong with the market? and the courts?>> A post this old stockbroker did before he got censured for having an opinion on the stockmarket and not clearing it with the "local lawyers" before he posted. Is this not how the crash happened? "investors became ignorant, and forgot the past".
