I am surprised that noone has thought to point out that insider sales are restricted by SEC regs. Insiders cannot sell during the first or last month of a quarter.

I am constantly amazed by the flap created when Bill Gates and Paul Allen toss a few million shares over the fence each quarter. I am not really familiar with the regularity of Cisco insider sales but I sure am not worried about it and I'll be buying a few hundred of those shares from Chambers et al.

It's too bad Chambers won't take home more than about $20 mil after Uncle Sam takes his cut.
