<<Now Mr Ed stop exhibiting such stupidity, but given that this is the Cisco thread, its to be expected.>> So, Stockman, according to you, most of those who post on this thread are stupid? Does that include both the longs and the shorts? Beside you (obviously), who else that could be considered not so stupid? Many who longs CSCO have made lots of money, and you think that they are stupid? What is your definition of stupidity?

Sonny.

P.S. I have been categorized as being stupid by you since I have been a Cisco engineer for more than 2 years now. My stupidity was that I didn't join them earlier. By the way, I am very happy with my stock options.

Stock-boy,

<Chambers was 32% (THATS a LARGE CHUNK HORSEY).>

I am going against my own better judgement in responding to your post, but since this one is based on at least a partial truth, I'm compelled to respond.

Chambers is selling 32 % of his VESTED options. He still holds a significant number of unvested shares, making the 32% number misrepresentive.

Cheers,

Peppe

So Stock-boy, you never answered the question. What is the limit or size of a CEO sale that you consider "losing confidence?"

"Dave House sales was minor. E Benhamou's sales speak for themselves
Dell's and Mory's sales are a small % of their holdings. Chambers was 32%"

All these CEO's sold stock.... Who cares how much of a percentage... Is it 60% 32%? 24%? 10%? By your definition (the only one you've stated) they all had/have lost confidence in their company. I never get worried when a CEO sells stock. I do notice and pay more attention when a CFO jumps ship of sells ALL their stock.

Given the past posts of Stockman, I suspect I won't see a response to this question, but a moronic attempt to flame the CSCO thread or me. But that is to be expected.. Oh well
