the first amendment protects civil liberty
from undue governmental interference.
the rights of the few
must be
protected to protect the rights of the many
BUT, this is no SKOGIE
& there is no state action.


SI is indeed a private entity...
and as such, its posters are not
afforded First Amendment rights as a matter of law.
as the bill of rights states: "Congress shall make no law..."
i am not here under "color of state law" advocating selective
application of the tenth amendment. i have no standing to do
so, as you have correctly noted.

however,
i do object vehemently
to ongoing affronts clearly at cross purposes
with the ostensible purpose of SI...
i could care less about "protecting" the
vile font of vitriol latrine spews in the name of "free speech".

the issue is this:
here it is unprotected speech to the extent SI determines... and i have no compunction about signing this
petition, as an individual, as a jew, or as a lawyer....none
