I wasn't talking about how they reported their number, just the fact that they didn't bother to mention how many fully diluted shares there are. OXHP reported a loss, but managed to report the fully diluted number of shares in the 10Q. As did ZITL.

It would seem silly to me to require only profitable companies to report how many shares they're printing. It's the dilution machines like Osicom where it's a concern.
