Buy Out may be the only answer??
---------------------------
I personally do not see any upside to the stock at this stage of the Business !
They can not / have not provided any "PROFITS"

They can not Get Back to, Nor Maintain Stock Price At/Or above The "$1.00 MINIMUN LEVEL" to maintain their NASDAQ Listing

I am sure that they will do a (desperate) Reverse Split of the stock, But that will only help for a while, with the NASDAQ Listing.

I see the stock on a downward trend until it rates a " Q " beside the symbol.

Could we soon see VSIN on the "PINK SHEETS" before long.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
We need "PROFITS" for this stock to stay alive !
--------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope that I am wrong in my Forecast of this stock??
I hold too many shares at much higher prices for it to go bust.

John:

The recent insider buying is the only positive that the company has going for it. Now that Ed Redstone, Dick Snelling, and Larry Carr are suffering significant paper losses on their VSIN holdings, let's see if they become buyers at these bargain prices. If we don't see them buying now, then the company's future is uncertain.

If the patents were so valuable, why haven't they been licensed by other companies. On what basis are you valuing them at $25 million?
