Thank you for that information. I am not formiliar with RMIL, and do not LIKE promoters very much, well at all. Most of them are only out for themselves and not the betterment of any company. If Mork, Zapara and others got burned on RMIL, good, I hope they have soap on a rope where they are going.
These types of games plague the BB and these type of people savagely stalk and destroy companies that have potential. I am happy that these boys will face criminal charges. I will make it a point to send them High heels and a wig, lipstick optional, every year they are in prison.
AZNT has handled the ZAPARA situation and he has gotten himself into bed with the wrong people. Things have happend to AZNT that do not benefit anyone, and the company is taking the necessary steps to correct them. Time in these matters seams to drag out but when things come together, DO NOT be in the wrong position.
This Rick Marcazi(SP) have been shorting this stock, aggressively and for some reason prevent the stock from going higher on real BUYING. I'd like to know how and where they are getting their shares to do this. DTC is frozen, accounts are frozen, yet we still see the shorting continue. THERE IS NO PAPER OUT THERE FOR THEM TO COVER OR DELIVER.
I was asked earlier about certain individuals, well I cannot answer those questions at this time, either public or private until I get the straight answer and I am comfortable discussing them.

Bmart,

Since you had to include my name and assert I will be "smearing" this company, I feel compelled to answer.

Assuming that you're correct and RMIL was targeted as a terminal short, could you tell us any reason why these short-seller's felt they could get away with it??

Let me offer a suggestion.. Maybe its because RMIL was blatantly misrepresentative in its press releases and thus worthy of being shorted knowing full well the SEC would hop in, halt the stock, and lock in their short profits. mind you, I don't totally buy this conspiracy theory

But what if RMIL had been in compliance? What if all of their filings had been in order, would not the short squeeze have worked since the SEC would not have any reason to halt the stock??

That is ALL THAT I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL.

I showed you a potential vulnerability, namely the trouble an AZNT competitor faced with the FDA for a SIMILIAR PRODUCT LINE.

I saw that AZNT was advertising Touch of Nature as a potential replacement for Nutrasweet and Sweet&Low, without proper FDA approval as a food additive. This is basically what Stevita was nailed for.. advertising their product as a food additive/ingredient, rather than a "dietary supplement".

And Bmart, I personally AGREE WITH YOU about letting these companies market their product as sweetener, (so long as there exists appropriate history of usage or safety). I don't use Nutrasweet, and am personally looking for a replacement for Sweet&Low.

Whether you agree with me or not, I provided you an example of where AZNT could be vulnerable to FDA intervention (as well as targeted by short sellers) based upon their advertising and news releases proclaiming TofN as a sweetener/food additive.

If you choose to ignore this and NOT TAKE ACTION to protect your investment, don't blame me.

I have nothing further to say, and I wish you guys success. I REALLY DO since I want a new sweetener out there myself.

But I won't buy this stock until I see the company stop walking the fine line of being in FDA compliance. Too much risk of an inquiry and raid on the company's offices.

Do you want that?? Then get off your *$$ and take some action.

Do you think the short-sellers won't be on the phone with the FDA this morning bringing the information I found to their attention??
I hope not...

but the only way to end-run them is to make the company come into compliance through shareholder action. Given what happened to Stevita, AZNT will likely thank you for bringing this to their attention.

Take care and I'll leave you alone.

No need to respond.

Regards,

Ron

Mr. Rob,
Troubles affecting the embassy are delaying the court's ruling from what I am hearing. Recall Wellrich and their falling-out with AZNT, it is relevant to today's trading.
In my humble opinion, AZNT should be heading north sometime very soon.
Some strong buying today. I am very encouraged.

Good Day all

RBM

Mr. bgtit,
RMIL shareholders understand that Mr. Zapara and Mr. Mork work together in a carefully orchestrated manner. For those still attempting to permanantly halt RMIL, Mr. Zapara is their 'fall guy'.
The story goes that Mr. Zapara was hired to promote OVIS (RMIL). He was compensated in shares to promote OVIS. He informed Mr. Mork that OVIS was a "pig" and instructed Mr. Mork to short OVIS using his shares to cover the short if deemed necessary . OVIS was targeted as a terminal short before Morgan & Breton took over management.
With Morgan & Breton, the stock went from $.20 to $4.26. Mr. Zapara sold the shares that were to cover Mr. Mork's short position.Mr. Mork contacted all regulatory agencies in the hope of a terminal halt. Getting a halt was not difficult, prior management was horrific.
According to Mr. Mork, Mr. Zapara struck a deal with Messrs. Morgan & Breton, Mr. Zapara was to split up the shares he recieved for promoting OVIS with Messrs. Breton & Morgan. The shares never left the TA. There was a 40 day holding period in which time the OVIS BOD was to write a resolution on behalf of those shares.
The problems with this story is that RMIL lawyers have sworn affadavits from Mr. Zapara stating differently. The TA also confirms the float at 14+MM shares, not 17+MM that was reported here.
Currently RMIL financials are being audited. If the RMIL financials contained 3MM+ extra shares, what auditor would touch those financials? Mr. Riley G acts pro se in Mr. Mork's civil suit against RMIL. He is afforded all court documents. From these documents we can ascertain that Mr. Mork has not covered his short position in RMIL. We also no of Mr. Zapara's sworn testimony that negates his/Mork's tale of splitting-up 5MM shares and there being an extra 3MM shares in the float at RMIL.

Mr. bgtit, I suggest to you that this is why the AZNT thread will feel the presence of Messrs. Martin, Reece & tonto, because even with a huge smear campaign and tremendous amounts of misinformation, they still have not obtained the terminal short at RMIL they desire.
I know, after to speaking to Mr. Breton of RMIL, that he has discussed Mr. Zapara with Mr. Sylver of AZNT.

Zapara's accounts are frozen, he faces litigation at RMIL & AZNT, and other than that, is not a factor , any longer, in the AZNT market.
Having said that, hopefully for the very last time,I hope we can focus on AZNT.
Good Day
