The only worrying should be the shorts who have been spreading rumors trying to manipulate MRV. The only
SEC investigation that may happen will address the stock manipulation by the shorts, not the board of MRV.

I personally know Noam Lotan, Shlomo Margalit, Zeev Rav-Noy and Edmund Glazer. These four men are the
most conservative executives of any public company I have ever met. They are motivated by building their
business. They could of sold the company several times over the past 5 years and retired in a extremely
extravagent lifestyle.... The problem is, they live for thier work. They are not driven by the $$$$, they are
driven by the chalenge of making the best, most inovative products on the market place.

MRV's problem is that they need to focus more time on the street. They are so focused on their business, the
don't spend any time going after the sleazy shorts who spread vicious lies about the company.

I spoke with Noam Lotan(CEO) yesterday, yes he works every Sunday. He is on his way to Italy for 10 days.
This man is driven to grow this business to $1,000,000,000 in sales per year in 3 years. He will succeed and
shareholder value will be reconized.

The shorts are in for some serious pain. When MRVC starts to move, hold on to your hats. The sellers get
very scarce in a squeeze.
