Anyone, Unless Emile has blatantly violated the terms of use agreement, I dont hink this is a good idea. If Si, kicks him off for that violation, they must make a thorough search and kick off everyone who has violated those agreements, it doesnt matter if it was once or many times. theymust be consistent with any policy they choose to enforce, and enforce according to their likes/dislikes of the content. I believe that it has already been pointed out that everyones "rights" are somewhat limited on SI, already. yes, anyone. (posts are purged, and there seems no problem with lively debate: where it is on point, and where it is based on mutual respect.] everyone must adhere to the TOS, however. posting here is a privilege, not a conferred .right everyone may also flex their free speech muscle in a venue that counts... choose your battles wisely... and finally, how can anyone [present anyone excepted] argue that latrine's posting here keeps him "out of the shadows." and consequently, capable of "reining in" through our collective vigil. don't kid yourselves....
