Will be a big challenge to train people while keeping them billable, nor is "investment" in personnel a typical characteristic of a plant floor integration company such as TAVA. They will be faced with a bit of a "bottom heavy" staff after Y2K work starts to fade, particularly if they plan to follow through on the COO's statements that they want to grow into the planning/scheduling/enterprise integration space. Will require a significant retooling...probably cheaper just to cut some of the low-end talent loose and hire the right skills off the street...
