The DH, reducing the height of the mound(and increasing the distance to the plate) are definitely two of them.

I don't know about the Balk rule and the 3 balls to walk rule.

Homerun rule , if it drove in a run that won the game in the last inning, then it wasn't a homerun. I believe it only counted for as many bases as the runner is forced. ie if a man is on first and you hit it out then you got credit for a triple. I believe the Babe would have had more than 714 lifetime had he been given the homer.
