You can't force a bank to market a service/system that it hasn't finished developing. If anything, the Conf. Call pointed out that the Banks are moving toward the internet faster than expected (most likely spurned by Citi). The only thing you could ask of the banks is more partnerships with the portals (i.e. Citi/NSCP).
