Betty,

I not sure of the release time for the script numbers but the Viagara numbers were listed as exactly 96,000 & 89,000.. Since when do they round off to the nearest thousand.

betty,

I will let everyone know when I can get confirmation on the script numbers. I usually can't get them until about 10:30 EST at the earliest.

How do you square the analysts estimates of 0.01 to 0.06 this quarter with your estimate of 0.13 minimum at your first stab to 0.47 and up on revision, and leaving aside the possibility that the analysts are trying to give Vivus an earnings surprise? If it were that product shipped is NOT counted as product sold would this not give a Q3 estimate in the red far lower than the analysts' estimates, give that the new overseas markets are just being launched now/recently. There fore if product shipped does count, what errors in assumptions could have you have made in your revised estimates? What do you think?
