ALL.. My tomato plants had lots of flowers but no tomatoes. One day it finally occurred to me that I don't have any bees in my yard. Now I'm hand pollinating and have some fruit. My question--does anybody know what is the best time of day to do this,or any other hints?

Everyones asking what to now do with all those tomatoes--Can you scald-peel-then freeze??

Sort of like canning???
