ONTAK was not in the BARS estimate. The estimate did not see profits until 2000. At this time LGND is ahead of estimates. The report focused on earnings generated by pre-SRGN deals. Additional shares are very difficult to estimate, because details of future deals haven't been released because they haven't been negotiated.

It's reasonable to estimate revenue from current programs. It's not reasonable to hypothesis about future deals. I haven't seen any professional try to do that with LGND. What makes you think that you can?

I also haven't seen any professional published flawed data (compare six year old companies by selecting the past 3 years from one and the past 6 from others), much less continue to reference the data after the flaw was defined.
