Mike, I agree however according to a prior post (??) it was indicated/claimed that some portion of the money for this "purchace order" was being provided by a third party (sorry don't recall details). It wouldn't be the first time someone bought something they otherwise wouldn't have with someone else's money. More pertinent is the fact that funding hasn't yet been secured. The recent developments and the devaluation of the Russian currency over the weekend IMO could present TRBD with some difficulty as their price just went up in local terms. Should TRBD's deal in Russia go south, for other reasons, the currency problem will still be the likely explanation.
