More evidence that management was offering way too much last fall for MPRS. ERTS is buying Westwood Studios (C&C,Dune, etc.) for $122 million. GTIS has missed the acquisition boat bigtime over the last few months. Of course when you mismanaging a company as bad as Ron C. has you expect to be left at the dock. The only guy more adept at reducing shareholder value has to be Stevie (the boy wonder) Race. His decision not to go with the GT merger cost MPRS shareholders 80% of the value they would have received. Talk about a conceited "I know what's best for shareholders" bonehead. If this one slips & closes below 5 3/4, watch for a new 52 wk low.
Cheers
