I picked this up on Yahoo. Imagine thathttp://www.forbes.com/tool/html/98/aug/0817/

after reading article please enter the" whos side is the FCC on" . There lies a second article which seems like its very one sided regarding Wcdma position for Qcom. It still makes no sence. The artiticle says ETSI is upset by denial of Qualcom IPR's yet it says that they dont need them. HUH? how important are Q's patents in WCDMA

Greg or whoever,

How is the spin-off handled in regard to options? Does the holder of QCOM options get a proportional position in spinco? How is the strike price determined (adjusted)?

If this has already been addressed I apologize. Every time I go fishing I get a couple of hundred posts behind.

Thanks for the help

New Partner - Flextronic Inc.

Gregg, The Brasil news states that Qualcomm has a new manufacturing partner. Is this a QPE / Flextronic venture or is Sony out of this picture?
