Also interesting that someone reported here, don't remember who it was, that Tow took his land back and returned his 50MM shares to Jack. I doubt very much that was the case. I would suspect that most of those 50MM shares had already been dumped. After all, it was Tow along with Jack that wanted to set up the offshore trust. Why do you suppose that was????

Anyone know for sure?

I asked Jack on Sat. night if Marc Tow took the land back and his answer was "Wouldn't you?" Tow's got the land and gave up the 50M worthless shares, so he didn't lose a dime.
