Steve,

You might want to ask some of the posters on the MIDL thread. A similar thing happened to MIDL and now that shell of a company is now in talks with Noble House, the Greek shipping concern, to be acquired.

Obviously there is some value to a shell. I believe that that value is based upon how unencumbered or clean that shell is.

PS; based simply on the math you have to be somewhat of a moron to sell at 1 cent. .10? Well, that's another story.......
