<<I know how much y'all hate Wexler, but just remember that he has only claimed fraud in how the stock is being promoted. If you can't at least keep that straight you have no business discussing the matter.<<

Kevin, really? Perhaps you should go back and read some of Wexlers comments before you chastise someone else about being qualified to discuss the matter. Just a small sampling of the voluminous negative Wexler comments would indicate he has gone beyond accusing TAVA of being engaged in a fraudulent stock promotion scheme. Then again I am not a lawyer but he has left a tremendous message trail for TAVA attorneys' and the SEC to evaluate. If he has the "goods" on TAVA he has nothing to worry about :-)

From previous Wexler posts:

> And I be remiss if I didn't continue to remind investors that TAVA is engaged in a campaign of deception.

> I also believe that the business has been deliberately misrepresented to investors through the use of ambiguous press releases and confusing language in financial statements. (post 20618)

> I'd like to know why TAVA misled investors in their last 10-Q...re: the false implication that TAVA can "remediate" Y2K problems.
TAVA is a fraudulent stock promotion scheme, and will soon trade in the low single digits. (post 20637)

> I stand 100% behind my claim that TAVA has deliberately misled
investors to artificially raise the price of the stock. (post 20687)

> TAVA management and its stock promoters have grossly overestimated the size of their potential markets and have generated a series of
misleading press releases which give the impression that "orders" =
"revenue". (post 20694)

> I have no doubt that when TAVA collapses many here will blame
short-sellers instead of admitting they failed to do their homework and were deceived by TAVA management and stock promoters. (post 20717)

> The "little guys" understand that they are losing money. The games have been played by TAVA management and their stock promoters, who have been engaged in a campaign of fraudulent stock promotion. (post 21143)

> TAVA stock has been fraudulently promoted by management and various
brokers/consulting firms in order to artificially inflate the price.
(post 21704)

> It generates a load of press releases to capitalize on Y2K hysteria, and makes misleading representations regarding potential Y2K revenue.
(post 21722)

> TAVA is a technically bankrupt corporation which is heavily promoted in order to artificially raise the price of he stock. (post 21913)

> This is not a great company. TAVA is a fraudulent stock promotion scheme run by incompetent managers and mortgaged to the hilt. (post 21993)
