It appears that the terminal short players and MM's are trying to hit AWLT now. The MM's want to take AWLT to a nickel or lower......

Matt, from a previous post >>To Whom it may concern;

Please use this site to request standard and public company information only, and not as a
means of personal communication with any of the officers, employees and directors of
Araldica Wineries, Ltd.

There are 12 officers, directors and employees of the company, none of whom - including
the webmaster - have the time to personally respond to dozens of daily messages we
currently receive(like "How's things?" and "What can you tell me?").

If we wanted to (we don't), and if we could (we can't), we still could not give to each inquiry
the usually non-public and company confidential information that is being repeatedly
requested.

I'm sorry if many will not understand or accept this policy, but it is the only way we can
proceed; we cannot afford to hire a staff of people - and an extra lawyer - just to keep our
many e-mailers happy.

I thank you all for your interest in Araldica, and remind you that we are trying our best to get
out any new information on a timely basis; if it does not happen as fast as you would like,
there is usually a
reason, and not always one we can discuss without first obtaining legal approval, be it good
news or bad.

Frank J. Landi, Sr.
Executive Vice President
Chief Operating Officer

So there it is, anyone who e-mails the company will get the same response when asking most
questions.

Your right that when you spoke to my father on the phone he was quite helpful, as we have
said all along - Questions are to be refered to the home office via fax, mail or phone...NOT
E-MAIL.<<

Matt, I have not e-mailed any questions since you sent me this message months ago. I followed "your" instructions and faxed my questions directly to Frank Landi. I also don't believe that anything I requested could be considered "insider information".
I'm not sure if your post to me, addressed to Ned was intended as a response to me sending the faxes or just a reminder of the e-mail policy that I have honored since you last explained it to me.

JOE
