China shares a large border with India, and India has the immitation available pretty cheapely. Legal or Illegal, I would expect the immitation to sell a lot more than the real thing in most of asia and africa. Especially now with all the sanctions against India. Although china might take drastic steps to keep Viagra as a controlled substance. But for money there will still be a lot of smuggling. Why pay $10/pill when you can get them for like a buck?

Now for muse I dont think there will be that much smuggling, for one the profit margin just is not there.

martin,

Expect to see significant institutional buying now at least up to 7.5.

The market makers will have to follow the 10 day rule and cover their non inventory short positions. If they sense a change of sentiment towards Vivus' future I won't expect them to go against the grain and reshort.

By Friday I expect a closing price at optimal option pain which would be 5 or 7.5. I think it will be 7.5.
