Another question: If there is so much able and ready competition, WHY did the announcement on CNBC that GMGC was actually going to put this on the market jump the stock that much in a heartbeat? I don't remember anyone discussing the obvious competition during that announcment, and CNBC guys seem to be more out to protect their own smart images than engage in mutual hype and stock move ploys.

Again, if it was so able to be met by other competition, could it have made as much noise as it did? It seems that less than 8 weeks later the product has a doubtful future. What changes it any from the CNBC announcement? The company hasn't done a THING wrong or messed up in any way since then has it?

Should I be panicking and I'm not? THis is weird. I wish we could get through the next few weeks without everyone dumping their stock on a fear move. This is the WORST TIME of the year. the country is IN A mess. Most really smart money, I"ll bet, took their profit after the CNBC announcemnt and avoided what we didn't.

Anyway, has anything about this product or company changed? Is anyone checking Markman's memos on the web site?. Has anyone seen any bad-mouthing of Portico in print? Surely all of the PC/tech hype magazines can't just not know it's around.

You guys (all of the input combined) are all making me nervous, somehow.
