Any ideas on the value of a shell such as MTEI---who needs to be contacted to put such a shell on the auction block??

Have you seen any similar scenarios work themselves into a viable entity?

Good question. If so, then we have 20 - 40 MM in float. If not we may have nearly 100MM in float. I wonder about the terms of the so-called "restricted"...
