Rick- the fact that there are no londistance charges in no way makes up for the double charging minutes. Look at it from this perspective if you will.

If I make a 10 minutes call to CA from my office in VA during peak usage time, I pay 13 cents a minute (maye more or less depending) for the call using my corporate phone rates, or $1.30.
If I make a call using portico at the rate plan I am on.. the 49.95$ for 300 mins plan, I pay .1667 a minute TWICE. Once for calling into the system, once for calling out. That is 3.34$ by my count, alot more than just using the phone to dial out. I would be willing to pay just .1667 a min once, but twice seems a bit unreasonable, considering other services offer the same call back options without double charging. They don't have all the bells and whistles, but they will do the job of managing my information (email, faxes, voicemail) via a single 800 number with a VUI.

That is my two cents,
JC
