Actually, the thought of one of our own heading up a takeover makes perfect sense. At least, the person would be sympathetic to what's going on and would have a direct interest in turning this around.

I am inclined to think the best route now is just hold this shell until late 1999 and then look at for possible tax loss sale to broker. There may be an outside chance that another company could buy the shell. Comments welcome on this theory. Blessings. Gary

Also need to now if we the shareholders could even possibly control it. What about the 50MM? Where is it? IS it part of the count or not? What % of company do we on this board represent?
