Can we receive damages from Gort, Christensen, Uselton while at the same time the former shell and subject of the court is appreciating in value as a different company? That TX internet co. sounded interesting.

Actually, the thought of one of our own heading up a takeover makes perfect sense. At least, the person would be sympathetic to what's going on and would have a direct interest in turning this around.

I am inclined to think the best route now is just hold this shell until late 1999 and then look at for possible tax loss sale to broker. There may be an outside chance that another company could buy the shell. Comments welcome on this theory. Blessings. Gary
