Hi -- the last insider trading I've seen was February: Mike Sisois sold and sold and sold several times relatively low numbers of shares, but Kris Chellam bought 50,000. Atmel was in the 16s, mainly 17s at the time. I don't know how to access more recent insider trading; anyone? Cheers/t

Mike, Yahoo has a fairly good record of insider action. You will be sorry to know that selling has been steady, but not outlandish, since 1994!!!! Most is in small amounts, probably to raise cash to spend, or in exercised options. Fairly boring, but would be nice to see some BUYING. Atmel needs a good marketing person and some advice to their executives that BUYING helps build faith among the followers....
