Does anyone know what Alan Lutz's style was with regard to Press Releases while he was at CPQ? I can only imagine if he had anything to say about it, it would be similar to what we've been seeing since he arrived at NN. "We don't launch products; we launch businesses," he said in his most recent conference call. He also listed what these businesses would need: 1) advertising program 2) testimonial accounts from beta trials 3) educated analysts who can educate the street 4) pr program worldwide 5) trained sales force 6) service organization I know he's said NN's re-evaluating its PR firm and based on what we've been seeing, I'm guessing he's either brought in new talent or given one heck of a wake-up call to the other. I think you're absolutely right about today's news being a teaser for what's coming. Later -- Pat
