Stock Repurchase Program Update

Another nugget of information from the 10-K......

"During fiscal 1998, the Company authorized a program to repurchase up to 10% of its common stock in the open market. Through May 31, the Company repurchased approximately 103,000 shares of its common stock for $877,000 under the program."
