DJIA: Well we've successfully re-tested the 2/11/98 8300 BO of the early August 1997 highs for the 3rd time (and almost all stocks and markets obey the pump-fake rule before moving to higher ground)....... IMO we've had our October correction 2 months early..... a study of the weekly log (constant % change over time) chart indicates why this had to happen..... a confluence of tech support had to be tested in August..... if the 8300 levels had pump-faked in October this would have violated our powerful trading channel which for some reason the "invisible powers that be" seem to regard as inviolate.... at least for the present..... I believe this trend will continue throughout the next millenia.... ES PS There is a lot of stealth buying happening today...... look for techs to set up for rally Monday.....
