I spoke to company. Asked if I was missing something? No, I was told. I suggested that I had never seen a secondary where the offering price was so much higher than the current price. I was told that it is rare but this is an unusual situation. I was also told that McDonald & Company & Wheat First put their name on the S1 which gives you an idea of what they expect and they are the investment bankers. Official road show begins September 8 when they visit institutions to give out allotments. Assuming institutions ask for allotments, which I think they will, this is a no brainer for we know where the stock will be when the offering comes out. Arbitrage at its best.
