CDNOW vs. TSIG

I thought I'd compare the two stocks really quick.

I beleive there are 48 mil shares OS for TSIG?

And there are 18 million for CD NOW.

So naturally... you can't compare stock price, but you can compare market cap against each other.

CD NOW trades for $14.5 a share X 18 mil = $261 mil market cap

TSIG $.315 X 48 mil = $15.3 mil market cap

Meaning, TSIG is currently trading at 5.8% (or 1/17th) of what CDNOW is worth in the market. ($261 mil / $15.3)

Now, of course CDNOW is out there selling CD's as we speak, and TSIG's web site isn't up yet.

But CDNOW is worth 94% more than TSIG in market cap.

That should scream bargain once TSIG opens up for business.

To equal what CDNOW's market cap, TSIG would have to trade at $5.50.

Now, if you assume (like I do) TSIG can capture more market share because it's CD's are $10.99 vs. CDNOW's $15 per CD ...then of course you should have even a higher price than $5.50.

And to think, a person can pick it up TSIG early for $.32 today.
