2m unit financing Roper Resources Inc RRN Shares issued 13,484,300 Aug 20 close $0.21 Fri 21 Aug 98 News Release Mr. Tom Styffe reports The company has arranged a private placement of 2,000,000 units at 20 cents for $400,000. Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant. Each warrant gives the holder the right to purchase one share at 21 cents in the first year and 25 cents in the second year. Units will be placed on a best efforts basis and a finder's fee will be paid. Finances will be used for general corporate purposes and to expand and expedite the marketing efforts of the company's Life.line system in Canada.
