I was happy to see Nixon get his due for many reasons among which were his imposed wage and price controls. Wage and price controls are the antithesis of free markets; his economic policies were a joke. It is also a sad day for this country when a president, guess which one, lies to the American people...costs the tax payer $40 million dollars plus since January 1998...all because he has a long track record of not being able to tell the truth. A man who takes the oath of office to uphold the laws of the land and then decides he is above the law. His arrogance towards the American people is nothing short of appalling! (I am glad I voted for him neither time.) Very disturbing indeed!

Kirk, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't post on either or both. what is clear I think is that Justa and Lars created this thread with the idea that anyone who wishes to spend their time and energy sniping and going to great efforts to denigrate Bob Brinker and his investment advice should have no desire to post on a board that by its name honors Bob Brinker and all that he does. I must say however it will be fascinating to watch the future evolution of this and the other thread, perhaps worthy of a psychology dissertation (well maybe at an off- shore internet university anyway). By the way I see the DJIA is up over 100 at the moment so while there may be more testing I think these people who are being frightened from the market by Russia, Asia and Monica may be very unhappy campers soon.

I will say that if any, I repeat any, shenanigans are pulled on this thread there will be @#$* to pay. Any person who attempts to take down this thread will face a united front in addition to Justa and me. At least that is why I expect based on the multitudes of private messages of support that I have rcvd thus far. The threaders want a forum to discuss Bob. I enjoy Bob and I want a forum to discuss him that is free from those who live there lives drowning in a sea of negativity. >>> What prevents a cancer from spreading?
