Could someone give me some insight as to why there is such a big gap between the bid and the ask?It looks like they don't want you to sell,but they don't want you to buy either.Unless they can make 11 cents or so on every trade.Wouldnt there be alot more trades with a reasonable gap?

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 1998--National Rehab Properties Inc. (OTC BB:NRPI) Wednesday announced the repurchase of shares.

National Rehab Properties Inc. announced Wednesday that their board has approved the repurchase of up to 400,000 common shares. The timing and terms of the repurchase will be determined by management based on market conditions. National Rehab Properties Inc. said it had 9.7 million common shares.

The company is in the process of rehabilitating homes in New Orleans and selling the renovated homes to ''first-time homebuyers'' through ''affordable housing'' programs. The homes are being sold to first-time homebuyers. Large areas of New Orleans are primarily two family homes and NRPI is converting those two family homes into single family homes, for working families.

The company expects to be a reporting company by the end of 1998.
