Gordon,

I think we were this close before. Then, however, there were press releases from PKGP and separate releases from SkyNet. This time, only from USXP. We'll just have to wait and see. I wonder if they are dealing with cash or shares?

Cheers!!

I B

Its final. USXP owns Skynet. RA pulled it off.

The acquisition of SkyWorld International Couriers, Inc. (SkyNet), the US Hub for, and the major link in, the largest independent courier service in the world, is a major accomplishment for Richard Altomare, Chairman of PKGP. SkyNet is the fifth largest courier service in the world and is affiliated with SkyBox Services Corporation (www.skyusa.com), a major player (49%) with Mail Boxes Etc. (www.mbe.com) in Global Mail Box Express, LLC (www.gmbe.com) and SkyBox, by itself, is the major player in the "Your US address" business for South America, Central America and the Caribbean. The combination of PKGP1s divisions APAC (www.useAPAC.com), UniqueNet (www.uniquenet.com) and now SkyNet (SkyNetMia.com), with its experienced and talented management team, is a sure winner and insures rapid and continued appreciation of PKGP shares. What packaging center would not pay $30 per month to be an APAC member now that it is affiliated with SkyNet, its worldwide locations and international contacts and services. APAC membership should increase rapidly to 5,000 during 1998 and up to 15,000 within the next two years. SkyNet1s net income will also increase materially now that it has obtained needed working capital for expansion as a result of PKGP1s takeover. This is a win, win situation for everyone.

Geez Gord if it's just another letter of intent it will be the most expensive one he ever wrote.
IE. Legal fees(this ain't gonna be like buying a new chevy, not even close!

Europe? (I think we all can agree that's exactly why he is there). It's the same old BUSSINESS story IMHO "hurry up and wait" is always the rule of the day I SEE IT JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY IN SOME FASHION.

WE've got this happening and the conventions RA and his former MB etc. buddy are working hard. Has everyone seen how many countries are in skynet worldwide list. It's a pretty impresive site.

Check it out:

skynetmia.com

I consider this much more than a letter of intent...
Cheer up buddy!

Told you guys something was up!LOL!

Is it a done deal no. Is it paperwork at this point?
YES! I think that this is what it amounts to:

<<< The final Closing is expected very shortly, as employment and service contracts, exhibits and financial guarantees
are finalized and approved>>>>

The legal beagle's are at it to prove Skynet is what it claims on paper. They already would know whether or not RA has the money.

Even Lakers agrees RA has a couple of million(loan) to go shopping with.

As always JMO.
Best fISHES,
FP<< wondering...at this point I wouldn't put it past RA if I did get a symbol on my warrants not like he would tell us in advance or anything, we already own them so why bother>>
