Denise: There could be any number of reasons why recent managemnt changes have not been reported via a press release; certain ones could be vailid and others might not be considered so. I do believe that the SEC rules will continue to be followed regarding when and what information must be filed with them and therfore I presume that AGT has elected to pursue that course of action and by pass the typical press release approach I just learned that Dan Scott is also CEO as well as pres. This information was filed on 8/17 On SEC form NT 10Q. Hope the above is of some help
