Tom C, I just talked to Jack Uselton, Chairman & CEO of MTEI. He said he did resign and let all of his people go. I got the impression that he was very very bitter with the old Co. He did say that he had brought people in from other co's (some of them left good jobs to go with him) some of which he had known for over 20 years. (THE PROBLEMS WITH THE OLD CO JUST GOT TO BE TOO MUCH FOR HIM).

He said he was the last one there and was now going to leave. I wished him well and he took my name and address. He also said that he was not a quitter. We ended our conversation with that.

Tom, your holding all of your stock. What will be your entry point for more shares. I was thinking of putting in a limit order for 250,00 shs at .005. Think that is a good start. (My interest is rank speculation only). Please share any thoughts. Thanks, stowaway

Only two file boxes? That's not very much in the way of company records... I get more mail than that in the space of three or four months...
