This stock will continue to go down until mgt. aggressively comes out and promotes the new combined companies in a timely and professional manner. This bs about them gathering the right numbers is ridiculous considering they have just paid north of 700 million for the company and should have all the numbers and facts before them. Also there are no real restraints on them from either the sec or ftc to do so! Of course if there isn't a story then it is understandable....I suggest we all call IR and put in our two cents worth while we still have them....or we can keep wishing.....
