Actually, it is NOT. Depends on what you are watching. With the NAZ
up 22, there are 1734 up and 2167 down. COMS is typical today. So far
a light volume do-nothing market.

You expect the market to go down on the day Clinton testifies? Everyone expects that, so you should expect the opposite.

If people wanted to get out of stocks because of Clinton they did it in the last two weeks. They wouldn't wait until today. Hence the sellers are gone. (At least temporarily)
