I'd be slightly concerned that one deal/customer could mean so much to the success of a company given the effect this news had on NN's stock price. Would anyone on the thread care to hypothesize about the effect on NN's stock if they didn't get the deal for the new combined BT/AT&T network replacing the old Concert one?

I don't think anyone quantified the BT/Concert alliance as it relates to NN --- a good working relationship increases probabilities, that's all. And since no one's exaggerating on the upside, I don't see any reason to do so on the downside.

If you study the history of NN's and Siemens' relationships with BT, you'll see they've been on-going for many years. Both companies have strong positions in world markets. I attended Ascend's latest annual meeting where Mory admitted they have a lot of catching up to do on a global scale.

If you want to frighten me, don't bring out the wrong boogie-men.
