Alan, good post. I personally stay away from complicated strategies like that since it is not often that I trade equity or options on a short term basis. With the exception of the Sept 105s, all of my calls are deep-in-the-money Jan 2000 and 2001s.

Still, though, for the trader, your strategy is workable and should be looked into by those who trade options.
