Do a little reading on NHSA. They apparently (for lack of a black and white and complete documented proof) have the only trade route through the Caspian Sea. Uniting the Ukraine with the rest of Europe.

The big bucks, as I understand it, would be in large container ships carrying among other things, sunflower seeds.

Remember, this ain't no pie in the sky magic formula. This is a company that has generated million dollar PROFITS for years.

Sounds better than a pay phone in an airport!

Selk, I doubt their is even one advantage; let alone an unfair one. The only thing I find unfair is the load of crap dumped on the Midland shareholders!

I would be real happy just to get and address and phone number for Mark S. Pierce that is actually connected to him.

The address he filed in the most recent SEC 8-K file is not his, but his attorney Mr. Palmer. Why did he file his attorney's address and phone number on the 8-K SEC filing on 6/29/98? He (Mark) was the person filing the document. The SEC requires information for the registrant, not their attorney; even if Pierce was camped outside a phone booth he should have provided his number; not that of his attorney. The contact information filed by Pierce appears to be false or certainly misleading.

I did discover that Pierce was allowed to use his attorney's address and contact number as a courtesy; till he "estabished" one. Well check out the following.

When contacting his attorney Mr. Palmer, I find they give out a number that leads back to his attorney's office and address. I verified this with the phone company. Yet, when I call the number given out by his attorney; I am told that is not Mark Pierce's number. Talk about a merry go round!

Wonder how the SEC found a contact number for this man?
